By doing so we provide experienced, professional guidance to ensure a seamless event and stress free environment. Our number one goal is to ease the stress of the event, allowing our clients to thoroughly enjoy every moment, making memories to last a lifetime. 


During your initial consultation we will discuss expectations, vendor referrals and contact information, timeline for the event, and your overall vision. We want to be on the same page throughout the entire process. Venue tours are helpful, but not necessary. Giving us time to see the space before the day of the event allows us to have a clear vision of your desired layout and flow. There will be one final timeline check, and that will be sent to you the week leading up to your event. Please note if there are any adjustments that need to be made after the final timeline check, you need to let us know as soon as you can so we can accommodate accordingly. 


Rehearsal dinners can prove to be one of the most important events of a wedding weekend, hence “rehearsal.” It is important that everyone shows up on the day of the wedding having an idea of where they need to be, what time, and who to look for to ensure all other details can fall into place as they should. Having your coordinator there will ensure that any special plans throughout the evening go as planned. This is also a great opportunity for your wedding party and family members to meet your coordinator so that they know who to look for the next day if need be.


On the day of your event we will coordinate and actively manage a timeline, overseeing the arrival and progress of all client vendors providing a central point of leadership throughout the event. Managing the flow and details of the event are crucial, and your coordinator will be responsible for making sure the event runs smoothly.
